It looks like they have no fricken idea- again. They are reducing the weight of the next version but increasing power.Oh yes bugatti ,we need more power (yes, sarcasm)
I really dont get these dumbkoffs. They make a super expensive, massively subsidized one trick pony.Surely they can see that people arent impressed anymore. Why keep doing the same thing??? Cant they see that small and light with modest power and obscenely good handling is now the in thing?

I think they're doing it exactly right. I'd hate for the Veyron to become a ridiculously pricey GT86 or something.
Mind boggling straightline speed in impeccable luxury is Bugatti's thing.

yup, they know who they are and what their buyers want.

I think they shouldn't try to compete with them. To me Bugatti is in a completely different league just incredible car and engineering all around. For what ? For VW engineers to blow off some steam probably :)

I think you've deluded yourself into believing that you are the target market for this car. Nobody is rapping about the lateral Gs or power to weight figures, and no oil barons are driving around in caterhams. Until that happens, there is still very much a place and a market for the Veyron :P

TheFerrari...I love it...not the LaFerrari just the way you wrote exactly what it is!
